Smco magnets are refer to samarium cobalt magnets. Smco magnets are strong permanent magnets made of samarium and cobalt.They are widely applied in aerospace domain, military areas and telecommunication fields. Smco magnet are divided as SmCo5 and Sm2Co17.

The magnetism of SmCo5 magnets is 16 MGOE - 25  MGOE. Eversible temperature coefficient is 0.05% /℃.The Sm2Co17 magnets is 20 MGOE to 32MGOE with reversible temperature coefficient rate 0.03%. The price of Sm2Co17 is cheaper than SmCo5.
